The Apple iPad is powered by an Apple A4 processor that runs at 1GHz clock speed. It comes with 16GB-64GB flash storage. Equipped with a 9.7-inch capacitive display with 1024-by-768-pixel resolution, has a 10 hour battery life it is packed with a variety of wireless radios – Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1.
There will be 3G models too that will cost $130 more. Apple is claiming that the iPad can run upto 10 hours on a single charge. Compass and accelerometer are also built-in, just like iPhone.
